  Thank you for the report, and I apologize that it took so long for anyone to get back to you. This issue is a duplicate of #8794340 and was previously resolved in 2020. Please see the letter from DEEP's investigation on that ticket. However, I have passed this along to the Director of Environmental Health to let them know that the issue resumed last year.
