Owners have promised to fix the broken boiler for two months now and its STILL not working.(See pic!) How is it possible that tenants are expected to pay full rent without building owners providing the baseline NYC essentials? 311 just gave a 40 day window to come check it out. and confirm? Whoa. This is insane.

They said your boiler was replaced and they will look into why you do not have heat.
