Rively Avenue in Glenolden, (Briarcliffe), was torn up by the city almost a year ago and was NEVER fixed. There are five different levels of concrete in the street, some is flat, some is bumpy and some is just a plain mess! There are manholes exposed and potholes galore!

I even know someone who's car undercarriage was damaged because of it.

The city need to get a plan together and execute it before it snows!
