Everyone around the city knows this place and the slumlord who owns it. He brags that he is 'untouchable' and it appears he is. I can't believe just how overcrowded this building is. So many children, tons of drugs and lots of noise. This place is BUSY!
We had a complaint that the word "slumlord" is considered derogatory by some people.

Unfortunately the same people use the term for political purposes in NB to attack building owners and the mayor, that rent to low income tenants. Issue has been enforced repeatedly over the years but not to the liking of some activists in the neighborhoods. The term is derogatory as not all landlords are "slumlords" like these people would like you to think.
Shame on you activists for trying to make your neighborhood a better place to live and raise your family. Drug dealers and prostitutes have a right to sell their drugs and their bodies anywhere they please without any hassles. Who cares if the neighbors have to loose sleep each night as the addicts and prostitutes fight for a fix and who cares if the neighbors have to pick-up used condoms in front of their homes each day so the school children don’t see them – not me! Thank God for people like [] that see things our way and support those greedy landlords that give us a safe place to sell our wares. Without slum supporters like [], there would be no place for us criminals to live – except prison. Keep up the good work [] – your boss must be proud of you!
