Curbs along Bellevue are being altered to provide handicap curb cuts at some intersections (thanks!). However, the two curbs at the south side of the intersection of Bellevue and MacArthur Ave. were skipped, This intersection sees a lot of pedestrian traffic, so it would seem like this one should get curb cuts as well.
