There have been countless accidents at this intersection (and near accidents). We desperately need speed humps, a stop light, or other traffic calming measures to make this a safer intersection for all the children walking to schools and parks.

This is a very dangerous intersection for two reasons. It is one of two main arteries coming from 91, so a lot drivers are passing it when commuting. It is also just just a block away for K-2 W-Hooker school, and half a block away from Leila Day nursery. I am taking it twice a day and on many occasions I was in near-accident situation with drivers not respecting "all-way" stop sign. I was almost hit while riding a bicycle across this intersection. With kids, I am avoid this intersection and taking Everit/Cold Spring intersection as it has less traffic and I personally consider it safer.
One solution would be to add speed bumps just before Livingston / Cold Spring intersection, coming from all ways. That would slow down traffic significantly, which would probably reduce the number of accidents, and definitely decrease severity of accidents when they occur.
