I haven't been able to have a hot shower last more than 90 seconds in the past two weeks. I have called 311 about this three times so far. The first time I got a complaint number that they couldn't find on file when I called a second time. The second time I called, the HPD resolved it and I still have cold showers. I called a third time and filed another complaint, so we'll see how that goes.

Please post the contact info for your landlord and we will call on your behalf. HPD doesn't list it. Also, please correct your address so your post will appear on the map in the right spot.

I just got an email to update the status of this ticket, so here's my update.
I moved out in April 2013 so I can't attest to how it is anymore. Given the management's lack of either ability or desire to actually fix the issue for the entire Fall through Spring that I lived there, I can't imagine it's very likely to have been fixed since then, so I'll leave it Open. A current tenant can comment about whether they're having issues this winter.
