The newly renewed debate on photo radar may be a little beyond the scope of Jack Lakey 'The Fixer', but some level of enforcement is needed to curb the number of speeding buses on a residential road with a posted limit of 40KM/HR. 12 tonnes of steel going 65KM/HR is no laughing matter on a street with children enroute to school. Given the TTC's lack of response or care, I'm hoping Jack Lakey can weigh in on this issue.
