Description
Dogs running loosley, and entering my yard, barking, chasing cars, using my yard as a bathroom. Tell the owner's to tie up their dogs. Why does the whole neighborhood have to keep thier dogs tied up or kept inside while this people are allowed to let their animals roam wild? Animal Control has been called three times and has not done anything about it. Do we have to wait till the dogs attack little kids or adults?
