the landlord put the mattress with bed bugs on it in what he thought was a dumpster. It was a cement mixing bin and now the mattress, clothing, trash, books, roaches, bed bugs, etc...is in the street. The landlords name is Ed Carpitella. His number is 215-572-1718. His address is 1450 Pepper Road Jenkintown PA 19046. We can called the Streets Department, 311 and the Health Department 4 days in a row and nothing has happened yet.

This is the pile of trash infested with bedbugs, cockroaches, and now maggots from the flies that have been on it since Sunday.
