Overgrown pricker bush makes it difficult to walk with more than one person on sidewalk and unsafe at night. There is a lot of illegal activity that happens on this block due to negligence of hillside propriety. Overgrown shrubs, broken gas cover (submitted differ SCF issue), drainage issue, cracked sidewalk and poor lighting. Two cars get their car windows broken into on average a week. Fixing up this block would do wonders for crime in neighborhood. Thank you.
