I submitted separate request about the same issue, which was promptly "closed" w/o any explanation. Given the usage that Chain Bridge road receives, these areas should be fixed asap. Even more disturbing is that MacArthur has recently been repaved, so crews were working just hundred yards from these holes.

my mistake - it took DC 5 1/2 years. After 3-4 requests to the city were ignored I submitted the report to seeclickfix.com 4.5 years ago.
