DRAINAGE--FLOODING

We are experiencing regular flooding at our property with almost every heavy rainstorm, several times a year. The main problem is that the drains on the street quickly become clogged with leaves and trash. See the attached pictures from this morning of two grates along the street, completely choked.

We need better street sweeping and maintenance on Front Street. In the long term, we need a better design and infrastructure to deal with this recurring problem.
