well apparently its not clear enough. trucks and cars fly down that road like its a highway. the giant dip in my road infront of my house is used as a ramp to fly over. its dangerous

Please review issue number 122031. As can be seen there was "playground signs with 30 posted. BUT the city removed them saying the one sign was, by the sounds of it, in error.

There is a large playing field along this road that is used by many residents and from my rear deck I can see the excessive speed of vehicles along this road.

I still do not understand why the 30 KM zones was removed in the first place, when cities like Edmonton are introducing more 30KM zones in residential areas.

Maybe if bylaw came along for a few days and setup a speed trap the city would see what an issue this section of residential road is.

City of Grande Prairie assigned this issue to Transportation Services

Engineering will look at another warrant analysis but as it is a future school site and there is no play equipment and there is a separate sidewalk this might not get changed until a school is built. Engineering will pass this onto Enforcement for speeding concerns.
