You know how difficult it is for cars to pull out of Whittier BLVD on to Hooker Avenue (not to mention dangerous)... This is the block that is on the back of the Elementary School. Not only does this block deal with Teachers and Parents driving to the school to make drop-offs/pick-ups, but it also has delivery vehicles for the school, many school buses, etc. I cannot tell you how many times I have seen many kids and vehicles waiting more then 5 minutes to cross that corner. It is very dangerous.
