I have reached out to you and have contacted Chad Madonia your Right-of-Way Field Inspector since October 02/2018 to try and get this construction mess in front of our condos at the Preserve Place in Lansbrook and nobody has been able to get a handle on this.Duke Energy had a person contact me a week ago and she is avoiding my phone calls.Her name is April at 727-523-4577 she works out of the Executive office.We spoke to

    Hello Pinellas County,

    The county is working on the sewer line and we believe you subcontracted Granite to do the work.We thought they had finished three weeks ago and just had a new Asphalt drive put in our complex.We are located in Lansbrook we are a condominium complex called the Preserve Place.They have there trucks here now and the trucks are leaking oil onto the new asphalt.Can we please have someone come out to inspect and clean up the oil from around all of the man holes and work areas please.

    The Construction signs Side Walk repair have been left out in front of the Preserve in Lansbrook and the sidewalks were repaired over two weeks ago. Could we have them removed they are unsightly!

    Please have someone inspect our property for oil around the man holes and brick pavers they got oil all over the place and we just had the drive re asphalted which cost a lot of money!
