In the grass front of the James Bunker school are several gopher holes and there are starting to have many more because of the increasing gopher population growing in this grassy area. These gopher needs to be exterminated before they start to spread throughout the neighbor and cause possible health problems.

There is a "Pedestrians Prohibited" sign laying on the ground on the Thornton Ave. offramp. It is located on the right side of the offramp just before you get to the stop sign. This is the Thornton Ave. turnoff from Highway 84 just past the Dumbarton bridge toll plaza going eastbound.

There is a downed cyclone fence that is laying down about a foot from the edge of Thornton Ave. It is located about 200 yards east of the Don Edwards National Wildlife entrance. This fence went around the gate that let's the tidewater go in and out. This a real hazard for any car that goes off into the shoulder of the road as well as bicyclists or pedestrians.

Taking the Thornton Ave. off ramp from eastbound Highway 84 (Dumbarton Bridge) there is a two post sign that is laying on the ground. It is on the right side and about 50 feet before you get to the bottom of the off ramp.

Trash left in pile on side of road. If you go west on Thornton Ave. and when you enter the National Wildlife Refuge property it is on the right side and about 100 yards past the last house. It is mostly vegetation as well as broken trellis pieces.

Two couches were dumped on the side of the road on Willow Ave. between Thornton and Cedar in Newark.

the road behind McDonald's in Newark Blvd , in front of Mi Pueblo market is horrible and can cause damage to car tires. It has been that way the whole year I have lived here. Horrible condition. Who would feel like this is a nice place to shop if your car gets damaged trying to drive through the parking lot. Newark needs to keep shopping areas in better condition if they want to draw people to move here.
