    Making a right turn from 2818 onto Nueces is a hazard because so many folks cross the solid white line and use the bike lane for a turn lane. It is dangerous to make a legal turn when folks drive up beside you to make the same right turn. Can there be a sign placed that tells folks not to turn from the bike lane?

    Construction on Laura Lane makes it clear that there are more than 4 people living in this house. Abundance of trucks and cars are parking in the lawn and blocking construction on the street (all vehicles can be seen alternating their parking between the street and the driveway throughout the week so this makes it pretty clear who they belong to). Six cars. The tenants have claimed in passing discussion that the landlords are aware of this. No other houses/residents in the area of construction have needed to park in the lawn.

    This house is consistently a problem on this street. The landlords allow this property to go to shambles every year so they can charge wealthy student renters (who do not care about the appearance of the house or the safety of the neighborhood) absorbent rates to fix a year's worth of repairs.

    Non running car. Inspection sticker went out in 2000 and the registration sticker went out in 2009. The car was towed in and left about 3 to 4 months ago. No one has came for it or anything. It needs to go!

    At this location, at any time of the day, employees and patrons are not following the face covering mandate. Even the employees are either not wearing a face covering or not wearing it over the nose as intended to keep others safe. Staff participate and see this happening yet make no attempt to correct patrons not wearing face coverings appropriately. This has been happening for months and needs to be corrected for the safety of the community.
