Part of the City of Charlotte, Berewick is one of the least serviced yet overtaxed areas of the City of Charlotte. It is a residential neighborhood which receives no services from the City other than the annual tax property tax bill. With multiple code enforcement problems and absolutely no services from our limp noodle representatives.
