    There is no stop sign or yield sign when leaving the parking lot of Amplitude Gymnastics Academy and the hedge (when walking towards N main street) is blocking visibility, both for drivers and pedestrians.
    I have had near-accidents there a few times now, when drivers just zoom out of the parking lot without yielding to pedestrians at the sidewalk

    There is no sidewalk for about 30 feet. The other side of the street has the same issue, so walking on the other side of the road isn't an option.
