    The owner of 2621 Lakeside Cir has frequently been spraying herbicides into our pond and drainage way next to our home. I would like this to be addressed and for the activity to stop, especially on or near my property. I’ve also filed a complaint to sheriffs department for trespassing.

    The county, school or a rogue neighbor sprayed our pond with weed killer and/or algaecide and has over sprayed 3-4 feet onto my property killing grass and possibly harming my oak trees Although I appreciate the maintenance of the pond, I do not appreciate the damage done to my property in the process I am not sure who is responsible but please keep the spray off my property!

    The overflow retention field has not been mowed in months and is now over 12 inches. This is a violation of sec 58-331. The field is bordering my property and is harboring all sorts of creatures (snakes, mosquitos, red ants) which are a hazard to my young children. I am requesting at least the perimeter fence area be mowed since there is standing water in the middle of the field.

    My house is on the downhill slope of a cul-de-sac and due to a faulty curb installed by the county, water floods my driveway and front porch up to my door step (6") and seeps into my garage causing personal property damage. I have already taken measures to alleviate the issues by installing a drain and sealing my garage door but the source of the issue needs to be fixed. I have contacted your department 10 or more times and spoken with supervisors to have this resolved and have still heard nothing. I will be contacting you daily until this is taken care of.
