Washout has gotten larger and more block/retaining wall has fallen into pond. This will only get worse with rainy season.

Boardwalk is unsafe due to several boards loose and rotten. This is a safety issue.

There has been no change in the washout, loose/rotten boards and slanting of the boardwalk since this was reported a second time. The first time the wash out occurred and a service request was entered, an excavator was brought out and a partial retaining wall was poured; however this repair did not hold. Please revisit the site. Rainy season is approaching and this will become a major safety issue.

Several boards have become loose and are bowing up along the boardwalk (tripping hazard and very dangerous). The area underneath the boardwalk was never secured properly. A partial headwall was added after the initial washout, but it wasn't extend far enough and the workers used plywood to finish the job. The plywood failed. You may want to address this now before rainy season and the area gets completely washed out again.

Area washout even more causing concern about the stability of the boardwalk. Issue was never fixed correctly a few months ago.

Concrete flume is now washed out underneath. Pilings bottoms to boardwalk are now exposed and washout has grown in size. Would you please provide an update on this repair? Boardwalk is becoming unsafe for pedestrians. Boardwalk boards also need repairs/replaced.

More damage from erosion. This needed to be addressed prior to rainy season.

Several rotten boards in boardwalk breaking through and chipping away. Needs to be replaced. Also washout under boardwalk is getting bigger and concrete flume is undermined. Can you give an update on when this washout will be repaired. Boardwalk is sinking on one side.
