Turning left from Market onto Schuylkill Ave towards 676. Too many motorists "block the box" and cause serious jams while motorists on Market must wait through 2-4 green arrows when they are first or second in line.

a) enforce block the box rules
or
b) reanalyze the timing on the arrow with that of the 'green' on JFK to clear the intersection better
