For a period of between 6 and 7 years the city of Dearborn has allowed an eyesore at 1225 beechmont to be a constant reminder to the citizens that live and travel in that area that they have failed to do their jobs effectively. The mayor to the building department have failed to bring a resolution forward on this issue. If its to late to do anything about existing properties then write some ordinances so this won't happen again.
