PSD should be able to help anyone out who comes in to use their bike pumps (one wonders what they do with low tires on their TEN bikes, doesn't one?), but they never seem able or available to do so. The first word in their title is PUBLIC, isn't it? Anyway, when you end up at the fire station you can knock on their big door or ring a bell on the regular door and anyone who's inside will come out and help you with their outdoor and freely accessible pump. It has a gauge as part of the pump so you can see the amount of air you've put in as you add to your tires. The firemen are all pretty easy to talk to and they are very willing to help you out. Be sure to tell them "thank you" when they have helped you! And happy peddling!
