River Road traffic trying to get onto GrmTnPk need to gamble or aggressively position themselves to get out on to GtPk. People routinely block intersection even though sign posted. There have been times you get stacked back 10-15 cars. One time I did U turn, made my way all the way around to GtPk and then blocked road to allow the 15 cars to exit River. UGH. Remedy? Like the old WaWa in Collegeville- set back the White Line stopping point on the Eastern side of River. GtPk traffic stops there. Intersection not blocked. River empties. Cost? Paint new line.
