College Station, TX PLUS

Costco's college station Highway 6 next to the church. They close the entrance doors block all the registers to the very end of the store. Away from the main door. where there's no fire exit and make you walk around them to turn around to come all the way back out the one fron door still open. They have open when closing. House are blocked chained off even during regular Day hours for emergency exit.. not possible to get Wheelchairs, walk and use Mobility AIDS through the cash registers are to the exit door. If emergency you can not get out even if on foot. fire code violation also

The home under construction at 1628 Briscoe Manor Court, being built by Ranger, has trash in the yard and has construction materials blocking the sidewalk, which could be considered an ADA violation.

All elevators for main building are broken and there is no accessible route to visitor parking or upper floors of building

The restroom automatic door opener buttons are inoperable

Door is locked during business hours. Leaving only one door available to exit on the other side of the building. This is double keyed locked no Panic Hardware bypass accessible due to the beeing double keyed locked mechanism for emergency fires Etc. Major Ada accessible violations

Caller reported that there is a large pile of trash bags alongside this house again. Trash is blowing into neighbors' yards.

Trash, fence, dumping

Caller reporting that a commercial landscaping company is using this property to store numerous things outside the house. They also are bringing their tree limbs and putting out for bulk pickup.

Trash pickup was today yet they skipped this one for the 3rd time

Caller reported that there is a trailer under the porch here, with lots of trash and junk in and around it.
