    It's like a loud helicopter engine or something Could be construction noise?
    Not sure but hitting on our nerve round the clock 24 hrs since two days

Residential front yards are intended to be transition spaces between the purely public realm of the street and private homes. This fence is exceedingly tall disconnecting the property from the neighborhood community, blocking access to light and air from the street side. Please address.

    Hi - I live on Hanson Lane in Walnut Creek. My neighbor at 20 Hanson Lane (per picture attached) is renting his driveways (he has two driveways) for people to rent driveway space to keep there cars (he is using a website to advertise this, see attached). This is a residential street & I spoke to Henry Rood & he checked the the zoning rules and confirmed that commercial parking is not allowed. It is prohibited use not allowed in residential zoning R-15. If you can please have neighbor stop this activity it would be much appreciated....thanks. Please keep me posted

    Not only is smoking occurring while they are working in a no smoking townhouse complex, but construction continues to happen 5 to 7 days a week on a rental unit during shelter in place. Multiple people working, no mask, walking across several areas of the complex while residents are trying to shelter in place and get out for exercise, often having to dodge these workers open garage, smoking, and walking close to units.

    The house was purchased recently to a company that seems to be just flipping it. They are in and out of the house at odd hours and never park in front of the house with all their work cars. Additionally they park a debris box in the garage so as not to garner any attention. They’ve added an unpermitted second floor bathroom. They added a new kitchen, window, etc.

    Please investigate.

    This air conditioner outside our bedroom window is quite loud and grinds. It comes on at 4am on weekdays and wakes us up. My apple watch measure the dB at 65. I don't know if this is a violation. Is it possible to power up later? We have left our request with a building tenant who was unwilling to give us the name of the building owner.

    The bicycle racks by the public parklet in front of Rooted Coffee and The Lounge Nail Spa are are secured with only two of four bolts at each point where the rack connects to the pavement As a result, the racks a bit wobbly and it's that much easier for thieves to remove the bolts and steal bikes Can the City have someone secure all of these racks with four bolts at each connection point as designed? This would help me and the other cyclists that use these racks feel confident that our bikes will be there when we come back Thanks for your time and consideration of this issue!

    I strongly suspect the neighbor in apt. 309 above my unit is smoking on their balcony several times per day. I've complained several times to my landlord as well as approaching the neighbor. The neighbor denies that it's them, but they are the only people that smoke in the block of apartments next door and above me. The tenant in unit 308 is also experiencing cigarette smoke coming from unit 309. Unfortunately, due to the 3rd floor location and privacy screen, I'm unable to get a picture of the act. The second hand smoke is causing headaches, and unsafe for my small, elderly dog. Is there another step I can take to address this matter?
