Road appears to be sliding off towards the bottom of hill from beginning of Greentree Trl. up until approximately our house or where the road finally levels out. Around drainage ditch on lower side of road seems to be worst in dip area of road.

The streetlight at the very end of Greentree Trail SE is out. The light helps keep the coyotes off the street. It’s the one by the cleared area for the power lines, next to the woods.

This morning, we were wakened by a loud boom and flash of light.
My security camera caught the high voltage arc event, but I could not upload it here.
I took pictures of the aftermath results.
The pole is charred and the insulator shows arc burns.

Water meter leak

People have been dumping debris on Epping Pl, 35803 and it has become unsafe to walk the coldesac. There is much glass, used condoms, a tree down and since the pictures were taken HSV utilities or whomever is doing the gas installation on Greentree Trl has dumped dirt, concrete and asphalt.
They may clean this up when the job is done but wanted to be called to your attention. Another seeclickfix has been created for the streetlight to be fixed and maybe this will put an end to the dumping.

The street light on Epping Place and also at 15040 Greentree Trl are both out and would like to have them fixed. The light out on Greentree Trl has a orange cone by it and is right past the waterfall on Greentree but on the opposite side of the road. That same location also has a water leak.

There are many deer that come down out of the woods and roam near the end of Chesterfield and on Greentree Trl,. Would like to have a couple of signs, at least one, on both roads warning about deer crossing.

Car has been dumped - power line easement - doesn't appear to be associated with any home.

Previously, there were multiple "No Parking/Tow-away" signs at this location (at the end of Greentree Trail SE) and this tended to dissuade people from parking there.
Due to needing to gain access to the power poles, HSV Utilities told us that they needed to take the signs down temporarily. This was supposed to be temporary, but even after a year, the signs have still not yet been restored.
Now, many vehicles park there all hours of the night/morning almost every night to "party", leaving beer cans, trash, and even drug paraphernalia and used condoms! This is unacceptable and unsafe for the community!
My wife and I have approached parked cars and asked them to leave the area, but they simply tell us that it is a public street without any signs saying "No Parking".
