400-426 Bay Dale Dr Arnold, MD, 21012, USA - Arnold
Phase Two of the Broadneck Peninsula Trail is at completion nearly.
But the mile long portion along Bay Dale Drive to the South has not yet had the proper crosswalk striping installed. AND at several points along the paved path overhanging shrubbery blocks or impedes safe passage of bicycles. And, at the extreme south end, dirt and overgrown grass narrows the path to only about 2-3 feet.

This company Happy Crab Landscaping has been running a landscape business out of this location for over year, trucks in and out all day and evening from 5am on. Trucks constantly beeping and employees being dropped off . This is bringing property value down in the neighborhood. You try and sell your home and there is an illegally zoned business being operated brings the whole neighborhood down. If AACO does not care and does not take action what is to stop everyone from opening business and operating out of their home, will save a lot of companies money on rent. They also have a stone sign/mailbox stating company name and phone number on it, this is a permanent structure not a removable yard sign. They also had a bunch of pavers in so who knows maybe we have new parking to put more vehicles. Again AACO please do your job and put an end to this our neighborhood and property values depend on you.

Twin Oaks Park. The paths in the park have not been cleared of leaves in weeks. It is a tripping hazard. There are seniors that walk in this park and also students walking to the local middle schools. You cannot see the path because there are so many leaves. It used to be taken care of at least once a week. And now no one has been here to remove the leaves in weeks.

Continued directed water leakage release less than 10 feet from their property line last week and again today. its been 3 months since the compliant was filed and its unclear if any action has been taken but certainly none that has directed this homeowner to cease this. you can see the white pipe under their fence line releasing water that runs down the street. it doesn't happen after a rain storm

This sailboat and trailer has been here for years in the easement. It’s a safety issue as people walk past it every day. Animals have been in and out of it. Curious kids peek inside. I’m afraid it will become unstable and collapse and hurt someone. I want it removed please

993-999 Lynch Dr Arnold, MD, 21012, USA - Arnold
the corner of lynch dr. and bayberry has trees growing into the street and causes this intersection to become a blind corner. since the county has decided that those turning onto bayberry from lynch do not need to stop, this is becoming a dangerous overgrowth and should be addressed.

During periods of heavy rain, The water from the middle school parking rushes over the road, over a county sidewalk and into my yard. It causes horrible erosion and flooding. Every couple years or so, the county comes by and builds up a berm that helps. The berm here has been washed away and rain is flooding my shed and washing away my children’s toys.

Ideally, a new sidewalk with a curb should probably be here. There is drainage on this side of the road and directly across the road.

However, in lieu of a permanent solution, could the county come back out and build up this berm again?

    Thanks.

Garbage is placed in recycling bins and in bags on roadside. Containers and bags are placed out not in front of owner’s property as required but on neighboring county right of way out f sight of their house. The containers and garbage are placed out one week before garbage collection day. Animals get into the trash and strew it over the neighborhood. The trash collectors do not pick up the mixed mess mess recycle bins and they leave them there. The trash debris and flies come over to my property.
  • 53 Jones Station Rd - Arnold

Please send crew to resolve as road is flooding out after minor rain event. Cross street is Beckett Ct. This continues to be an ongoing issue. Why is there no required safety fencing erected around an open construction area the public is exposed to in this public park?!
Children are playing around sharp metal and concrete pieces which is extremely dangerous!
Plus, there is no fencing around the machinery either, which they have been seen in the past climbing on!
**While we do absolutely appreciate the work happening to put in the new basketball court, it absolutely must be done in a publicly safe fashion, in accordance with all state and federal safety regulations!
Please cordon off and make this area safe to park patrons IMMEDIATELY or I will be calling OSHA and other state & federal agencies to file a safety complaint.
    This is completely unacceptable!
