There is an ever-increasing amount of illegal U-turns here at this point, especially during rush hour. Traffic coming north from Elden Street destined to continue south onto Centerville Rd (name change at intersection), turn right/off onto Parcher and then U-turn in order to bypass the red light at intersection. This is even further compounded because this also happens right around when school gets out with the middle school just a few hundred yards down Parcher. Buses and pedestrian students frequent this area at that same time. Additionally, there are several entrances to surrounding structures; Fastfood, parking garage, gas station, 7-11, grocery store.. all turns made right at this spot.
