There are many street lights out on Webster in the Monterey Place neighborhood. This is one issue for all of them.

There's an old wood shack/garage here with tags all over it. Please clean up or hold owners responsible.

The other night at about 12am, the yellow light was not working here. The signal turned from green to completely black, which was really scary. Then all of a sudden the light was red.

Can someone look at it?

The street light is off most of the time. About every five minutes it flickers, comes back on then turns off a minute later.

The apartment complex behind this field allows trash to be carried into this field. Weeds and trash make the scene an eyesore.

There's a big utility box (maybe v-rad) here that's tagged.

The city began to install brand new street lights, but unfortunately put them right in the middle of the sidewalk. Is this the best thing to do here?

How can we challenge this poor decision?

Another couple of trash bags were dumped here last week. This is an ongoing problem unfortunately.
