this has occurred over time from accidents, the latest one last week. the trees have never been replaced. the median is now patchy with missing and dying trees.

5 or 6 black garbage bags dumped on the west side of skyline blvd. close to keller.

poles for two signs, a tiny NO DUMPING sign and park maintenance sign are falling. request removal of no dumping and straighten park sign.

junk scattered along skyline between keller and grass valley: black garbage bags, cardboard boxes, and scraps of wood.

downed speed limit sign (35) located off the road on skyline blvd. approximately where indicated. pole and sign are intact but down.

huge pile of junk located next to the water tower off skyline blvd.

one or two white mattresses placed upright on sidewalk.

this is the third time i've reported this. it's a bunch of wood and a white sink or plastic thing. located on city property just before the staging area at grass valley and skyline.

there are numerous black plastic garbage bags scattered along skyline between keller and grass valley, closer to keller. some are partially on the roadway.
