This digger is broken. Bummer it was only installed a year (or less?) ago. I hop it's under warranty.

The crack in the center at the sidewalk is uneven and has a large gap that is a tripping hazard and can catch the wheels of the kids bicycles and skateboards and scooters. there are other parts of the sidewalk on the same side of the street that are deteriorating as well.

Signal at Ralph appezato and poggi does not always detect cyclists . In addition, the green phase and yellow phase are too short. I Am typically clearing the intersection after the light has already turned red even when I am the first vehicle through.

The amount of debris from the homeless encampment here is getting out of hand. Covering sidewalks on both sides of the street and out into the street. It is not comfortable for a pedestrian to walk through this area. I am now getting anxious driving through.

There has been the smell of something dead here for weeks. Please make the owners of this property clean it up.
