East Oakland Clean Up

An illegal dump on 81st Ave between International and Rudsdale Street. Been out there for awhile but the city nor other neighbors seem to care. Will the city fine the property owner? It is likely. Rather than holding criminals accountable, it extorts property owners. Horrible policy.
