    Tree has been deteriorating for many years...Each winter comes and the city continues to remove branches(hazardous)..As the homeowner we've had multiple accidents to our property over the years but I'm always told by arborist that the tree is vibrant..
    The city will.pay dearly when the next branch accidentally injures a person..Please take a better look at this problem..Also it has caused the sidewalk to become hazardous..

    Tree dept.removed a branch last week..there was a sign posted no parking 5-12 and 5-13...the tk parked in the middle of th st took the branch that was hanging and left..5/12..they forgot to remove the other limbs..stated they would probably be back tomorrow but,removed the signs??why
