The sidewalk in front of 45 Irving St. is covered in trash and broken glass.

The space in front of 32 Irving St. continues to be used as a driveway. The fence was removed during renovation and they have been accessing this area by driving up and down the sidewalk ever since moving in. Over the course of the last few months there have been vehicles from approx. a dozen states use this illegal "driveway".

The vehicles that have been parking in the illegal driveway at 32 Irving St are now blocking most of the sidewalk in front of the house.

This property has done nothing to remove the snow/ice from yesterday's storm. The sidewalk is now covered in ice and a slipping hazard.

Although it has been indicated that a violation was issued on November 1st for the area in front of 32 Irving Street being used as a "driveway", there are now vehicles with out of state, Connecticut, license plates parking in this area. What can be done to put an immediate stop to these actions since the vehicles occupying the area continuously drive a quarter of the way down the block, on the sidewalk, to enter/exit their illegal driveway.

The vehicles that belong to the new tenants at 32 Irving Street have obviously disregarded the violation letter sent and continue to use the front of the building as a parking spot. To access this space the continually drive up & down the sidewalk. When 45 Irving Street removed their fence and attempted to create a driveway they were mandated to immediately replace the fencing to prevent the access to the area, why isn't this action being taken with this address?

32 Irving Street has undergone a major renovation over the last year or so. During the renovation the fencing in front of the building was removed and a construction worker began parking on the sidewalk in front of the building. The "spot" in front of this address is, and has been for over ten years, a handicap parking spot for a resident in 30 Irving Street. This was reported during the construction and supposedly they were informed that this was not a legal driveway and to stop using it as such. As you can see this area was not fenced back in and the new tenants are again using this area as a driveway.

A small mattress was left in front of 25 Irving Street.

This graffiti is on the wall going from Tonnele Ave onto the Pulaski Skyway. The prior graffiti was recently removed/painted over but the area miscreants took no time starting to cover the area again.
