A car has been sitting in the shoulder at least three days, going east bound. It’s right at the lane line causing dangerous situation.

The top layer in outside lane is coming off on the sharpest, steepest curves on this road. Dangerous conditions.

The light at Bailey cove and Cecil ashburn needs to have the timing revisited. Sitting at the light on Cecil waiting to cross to four mile post and numerous vehicles line up each morning. Usually stretching far back. During this time vehicles go through in Bailey Cove in a trickle. So it is a constant stream coming from Cecil, piling up, while Bailey cove has a fraction of vehicles. This morning I was stopped as around the 10th -12th vehicle on Cecil. It was red when I got there. Before it turned green the line had more than doubled. In that time I counted about 6 vehicles go through on Bailey cove - in both directions.

The road is not finished. There is a big drop off between the two layers that is very rough to go over the hard edge.

Massive amounts of salt/sand mixture all over the road. It’s more than anything but a Noahcic flood would remove. Whatever entity dumped this all over the road should come back and sweep it into the ditches.

At the edge of an already-existing repair a large sink in hole has formed. It’s big enough to grab a tire and easily knock out alignment. Just showed up in the last week so will probably get bigger quickly.

Top layer of asphalt has come off in the outside lane coming down the mountain. It’s bad enough that my tires leave the road. In this sharp turn it’s very dangerous.

Every year I have to contact the city to clean out this ditch. Years ago rip rap was out in the bottom but that’s really made it worse because it’s impossible to get down to the ground to cut the source of weeds and other plants. This guest giant weeds over 8’ tall have grown up producing millions of seeds on wispy balls that are now blowing all over. I just overseeder my yard and to keep those weeds away I had to go into the ditch and machete my way through all those seed weeds to chop them down to keep them from flying all over. But with no rain they are so dry the wind still picks them up. The mowers for the Northside property get further and further away from ditch because they can’t see it, allowing the mess to expand. There are some nice view-blocking bushes growing on th north edge of top of ditch that are no issue, but the mess in the ditch restricts flow of water causing it to back up across the road. This ditch IS in city property based on the GIS maps. The north side of ditch is dividing line between city and county property.

Have had it happen more than once that the light at Donegal and Cecil Ashburn will turn red for Cecil though no one is waiting at Donegal. Did it two days ago when I was through there. CA traffic just stops and sits there wasting time and gas.

Have been caught here multiple times. Lawn service vehicle parks on the road whike working, constantly activating the light stopping traffic on governors. Need to put a no parking sign or something to stop this.

The cut patch that goes all across the road has collapsed in the east bound lane. At least a foot into the road surface. Anyone hits it they will probably lose control, or at least damage their vehicle.

The entire road is underwater in this area. The yard of the library is flooded. It’s flooding into the road and area yards. There doesn’t seem to be any (or enough) drain holes here.

Have been stopped at this light on governors more than once when no vehicles are coming from covemont. It just turns red, e regime sits, and then it finally turns green again. Happened this afternoon about 1:45 when I was heading away from town.
