This is the SW corner of Baldwin Ave and 139 Upper Level.
As shown in the first photo, the turning radius here is approximately 50 feet. NJDOT guidelines (see second photo) indicate that 15 feet is sufficient for vehicles and anything larger increases risk to pedestrians.
50 feet is far too wide for an area with heavy pedestrian usage. This road must be redesigned.

This is at the SW corner of Baldwin Ave and 139 Upper Level. The width of the sidewalk where the pole is installed (first photo) is approximately 3 feet. The width where the sidewalk meets the wall (second photo) is approximately 4 feet. NJDOT guidelines (third photo) require a minimum of five feet unobstructed not including the curb.
This sidewalk is dangerous and needs to be rebuilt.
