On Thursday, May 7, 2020, our governor lifted the requirement to have a doctor's referral to be tested for COVID-19, but that information is not being disseminated to the residents of Enfield. On your Social Services webpage, is the following information about testing by Johnson Memorial Hospital at 201 Chestnut Hill Road:

Our city's COVID-19 hub continues to look better; however, there are still errors. When a user goes to the map of testing locations and clicks on the icon for Cornell Scott Hill Health Center at 226 Dixwell Avenue, there is a link titled, "website". That link directs the user to URL for the same map. It's supposed to be linked to the URL for Cornell Scott Hill Health Center at 226 Dixwell Avenue.

Great improvements have been made to our COVID-19 hub; however, there are still errors. When a user goes to the map of testing locations and clicks on the icon for the YNHH test site at 150 Sargent Drive, there is a link titled, "website". That link directs the user to an invalid URL. This results in "404 Page Not Found".

Each day, there are still residents requesting "Thank you Hamden First Responders" signs. All of those requests have been ignored since Friday, April 24, 2020.

Have all of the signs been given away? If so, are we going to get any more? If not, it might be a good idea to post a public notice that there are no more signs. It would also be nice if someone could post a comment under all of the requests submitted on SeeClickFix that there are no more signs.

Currently, there are still more than 200 requests for signs on SeeClickFix. Those requests are still in an "Open" status. If there is anything I can do to help, please let me know. I would be glad to provide assistance.

On our webpage for the COVID-19 hub, when a user clicks on the "𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲" button under the "𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗗-𝟭𝟵 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀", the user is then redirected to the map for testing locations at https://covid19.newhavenct.gov/app/d3fdc729f0a8470f833a0ee311996b65

Then, if the user clicks on the icon for Cornell Scott Hill Health Center at 226 Dixwell Avenue, the user is presented with information about that healthcare center. Included with that information is a hyperlink titled, "𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲". That hyperlink is supposed to direct the user to https://cornellscott.org/component/sppagebuilder/66-corona19

This reported issue is for our Information Technology Department. Please notify our IT Department about this issue.

On the webpage for our IT Department, the link to "IT Web Help Desk" has been modified so that the user is taken to a URL which is password protected. Nobody can report any issues to our IT Department.

Is this "NO PARKING SIGN" correct? It certainly doesn't seem so. It should be a sign that reads "DO NOT OBSTRUCT DRIVEWAY" just like the other 4 signs on this street.

We've all noticed the GoNewHaven app hasn't worked since the last iOS update from Apple. I found a workaround. Please try this and post a comment to let me know if it works:

1. Uninstall the app, restart your phone, and then reinstall the app.
2. Allow notifications and Bluetooth (both must be allowed in order for the app to work for the time being)
