    International & 104th (Bus Stop north-bound), Oakland, California - Durant Manor
    Some rotter has dumped a lot of household garbage just south of the bus shelter a day or two after the City had removed the previous mess. It was done between Tuesday 17:00 and Thursday (today) 07:00. I think this is a police matter as well as a refuse one.

    At approximately this address (the house has no visible number on it, but is directly opposite 11140) there has been for about a month a big blue trashbin on the sidewalk. It used to be in the yard of the house, so I suspect that the denizens put the bin on the sidewalk.
