    A few days ago I created three requests: 1) for a second red garbage cart (we pay for two), 2) that my recycling be picked up, and 3) for a new recycling cart. All three requests have been completed but I can’t figure out how to put that information in my original requests. I’m writing a new request today only to say that all three “cases” associated with my address (1122 Nottingham Drive) can be closed. Thank you so much!

    My neighbor's house is used as a business to support folks with special needs. As a result, they don't technically have a homeowner who would make this request, so I'm doing it on their behalf. They have two garbage cans with no lids so their trash is exposed to the elements 24/7. I'm not sure if they will be able to put the cans by the street so if your folks could go to the back of the house to replace them that would be helpful. Thank you. Note that the phone number I've included is for my home (1122 Nottingham) not the phone number of the business.

    The screenshot I added shows that this complaint was closed but it was done prematurely: the response by C. Harrell has nothing to do with the original complaint. Please empty the garbage cans at 1122 and 1100 Nottingham Dr. A neighbor on Twin Pines also added their complaint about missed garbage pickup.

    Our garbage cans and those of our neighbor (1100 Nottingham Dr.) have been located in the correct spot since Monday night for Tuesday pickup; the trash cans weren't emptied this week and are still by the road.

    My property shares a garbage-can pick up site with the property next door (1100 Nottingham Dr.), which operates as a home for several individuals who need 24-hour-care. As a result, we often inadvertently pick up each other's garbage cans. There are two very damaged ones and two that are not damaged. If you don't find the damaged carts on my property (1122), you will find them next door at 1100 Nottingham Dr. Please be sure to check each site when looking for the carts to replace. Thanks!
