Pothole Repair Gone Horribly Wrong Được thừa nhận419 S. 12th Street Philadelphia, PA - City Center EastA few weeks back I reported a huge pothole in the street. Last night it was repaired and the workers left a 4 foot square of concrete about 2 feet deep marked only by two cones. That clearly didnt cut it, because by morning it appeared that at least one care has majorly offroaded into this thing and now it is way worse off than when it started.

Super dangerous and they never get ticketed. PPA should spend more time ticketing bike lanes and less stalking parking meters!
