This is the corner house at E. Oak and Swan St, on the left hand side. There are numerous tires in the back yard and along the side walk. This could create an even worse mosquito problem in the area. Also, a portion of the privacy fence on the Swan St side has fallen and is blocking the sidewalk, with exposed rusty nails facing upwards. This is a danger for anyone on the sidewalk, as to get around it you must walk right along the street.
