Likely attributed to electricity theft tampering related to transient camps which is extremely pervasive on ODOT property in this area. Likely that they didn't bother to check that power to the pole was blown due to transient and vagrant activity.

ODOT notified about the new LED lights that are already not working or never worked in the first place 12/31/2020.
