Traffic light in front of Harper Creek High School is operating on it's own. No traffice coming or going from this driveway.
I pass by this light every day at 6:30am just to get stopped with no cars in driveway. Came back by this light at 11:30pm Sat night and again was stopped with no cars in driveway.

I will submit another request to the city with a forward to Calhoun County Roads to see if we can get that light re-programmed. We reported the incident 9-10-2013 to have it reviewed. We will check and see if this is possible again.
