This is all related to the gentleman the City is for some reason allowing to squat on the corner of 8th and RI NW. His belongings are blocking the sidewalk. And, for me, these stolen bikes are the last straw.

Yeah this is getting ridiculous. The two men running the “business” on the corner are not homeless. They are using the cover of that pile of stuff sell $5 “cigarettes,” bike parts, body oils, and who knows what else. Taking advantage of the fact that they know the city won’t evict them if they think it’s a homeless encampment. Pretty clever of them, and pretty (predictably) dumb of the city to allow it to happen.
