This situation associated with the Eagle Academy has occurred on numerous occasions on Ridge Place SE and on R Street SE without regard to the timing and flow of rush hour traffic or the need for residents of both streets to be able navigate through the neighborhood. The construction activity routinely violates city permitting and ordinance requirements.

Note that the vehicle in the picture was at 24th Pl and Ridge Pl not at 2306 Naylor Rd.
