I'm not sure I understand the resolution. People have been notified that there is someone walking around the neighborhood talking about private property.

What exactly is a "resolution" other then that?

@Ken: Your comment raises one of the vagueries of using SeeClickFix. Sometimes, no foreseeable resolution exists for a given issue. In such cases, reports can serve as a useful means of tracking the problem and maintaining public awareness. Therefore, this issue ought to remain open.

I asked my landlord what justification she has to charge me for permission to occupy my home. She cited private property. Perhaps the police will investigate her as well.
