This property has been a danger to the neighborhood. Children live on this street and could venture too near and get seriously injured. What was left of the roof caved in and the wall on the right side almost fell into the neighbor’s yard. One remaining wall is leaning to the left and will come down in the other neighbor’s yard. The owner should be made to have it taken down and hauled away. If is ridiculous that this home has remained in this deteriorated condition for so long and nothing is being done about it.

this house burned several years ago and has been sitting, falling down ever since. Children do play at the property. This is the third condemned house within100 feet of my home and it is not geting addressed. This rubble needs to he removed for seafety reason justs as well as srrounding property value and tax reasons. just we

The timely process has been ongoing for going on 3 years. This home needs to be hauled away by Bibb County as a blighted property. The current owner is listed on the Tax collector/ assessor sites. What ever expense for hauling it off should be added to his delinquent tax bill and the county should aggressively pursue him for ALL he owes. SOMETHING other than “ this is a timely process “ needs to get done ✅

What is the status on this property? The owner Ivan Galinkin lives out of state. He is also co owner with his spouse on 343 Jefferson Park. Why can’t we have this delapidated remains of a home cleaned up and charged to the homeowner? Currently there are $6060 in back taxes plus the dues that are owed to Lake Wildwood on what remains of this home. This is a disgrace to our neighborhood. It is also hazardous to those who live within 20 ft of it as well as there being many children who live on the street and wait on the school bus 2 homes down. We need some action and some communication to be shared with us on what the county plans to do with this property.
